Milky oil in the crankcase of a KTM 65 typically indicates contamination, often caused by coolant leaking into the engine due to a faulty head gasket, warped cylinder head, or a crack in the engine case. This mixture can result from improper sealing or damage, allowing coolant to mix with the oil. It's essential to address this issue promptly, as the presence of water in the oil can lead to severe engine damage if not resolved. Regular maintenance and checks can help prevent such problems.
your crank case does not take oil at all. your transmission however will take usually 1 to 1.5 quarts of approved transmission oil.
You are either running way too rich of a mixture, or your rings have gone bad and you are drawing crank case oil into the cylinder, determine whether the oil is mix or crankcase oil, either way you have an issue, are you using too much mix oil? are you losing crank case oil, something somewhere is telling you where the problem is.
There is no oil in the crank case,,you use mixed gas and oil that's what lubes the crank bearings and piston rings.
What oil
PW 80 is a 2 stroke. It does not have oil in the crank case. I think you mean transmission oil. I use 10w40 engine oil in mine and it works great.
it would be caused by getting water in the engine make sure your radiator has fluid/water . If it doesn't then your water pump is bad. Which means your getting water in the engine...
That depends on your moped. Most mopeds madein the 80's are two stroke engines. Which do not use oil in the crank case. the oil is mixed in with the fuel.
By removing the plug at the bottom of the oil pan and letting the oil out.
it means u have water infiltration.either through the cooling system(but i believe these are air cooled)or through rain or going through high water. drain and refill with fresh oil and see if it does it again
It is inside the crank-case.
no oil goes in the crank case, it uses lubrication from the 2cycle oil injected into the fuel that runs through the crank area
Engine oil, KTM recommends Motorex ATF Super (Dexron II Gear Oil) Premix, KTM recommends Motorex 2T.
