By removing the plug at the bottom of the oil pan and letting the oil out.
there is no crank case drain plug on your engine, only a plugged drain line coming from your oil tank.
The Crank Case is dirty. Use a good Crank Case cleaner to solve problem like Motor Medic Motor Flush. Warm engine 5 minutes and let clean out for 5 to 7 minutes. Then drain and use fresh oil.
"Crank" meaning the starter doesn't crank the engine over to start it, changing the engine oil should have nothing to do with it not starting. If the battery was weak and something was left on, it may have run the battery down. Also check the engine oil level to be sure they put new oil back in or possibly left the drain plug loose and the oil drained out. If the engine was run with no oil in it, it could have seized the engine and it wouldn't crank over, in which case the engine is ruined.
There is no drain on the engine you have to drain the oil tank and then remove a hose turn the bike over to get the oil out of the crank case (dont let it run too long). Change the oil filter and then seal it up and fill with 20/50 . Check the tank again after running it a few minutes. Enjoy your ride.

To drain the crankcase on a 1974 Shovelhead Harley engine, first, ensure the bike is on a level surface and the engine is cool. Remove the drain plug located at the bottom of the crankcase using a wrench, allowing the oil to fully drain into a suitable container. Once drained, replace the drain plug and tighten it securely. Lastly, check the oil level and refill as necessary.
The drain plug under the crankcase is for removing the old oil during an oil change. Always change the oil filter at the same time.
That depends on your moped. Most mopeds madein the 80's are two stroke engines. Which do not use oil in the crank case. the oil is mixed in with the fuel.
To drain the engine oil on a Case 1840 skid steer, first, ensure the machine is on a flat surface and the engine is cool. Locate the oil drain plug, typically found at the bottom of the oil pan, and place a suitable oil catch pan underneath. Remove the drain plug and allow the old oil to completely drain out. Once drained, replace the drain plug securely before adding new oil through the fill cap.
PW 80 is a 2 stroke. It does not have oil in the crank case. I think you mean transmission oil. I use 10w40 engine oil in mine and it works great.
There are two oil drain plugs. One located on the engine case the other on the oil sump. Both are large drain plugs and will dump oil at a very fast rate.
The oil drain plug is at the bottom of the oil tank (for engine). Bottom rear of primary case for primary & transmission.
