Why is your Sky TV picture green and blue when it is normal colour when playing DVDs?

If the Sky receiver is connected to the television using a multi-pin connector such as a SCART connector, it sounds like the red signal is missing. The receiver will normally be set up to send separate red, green and blue signals to the television and if one of the signals is missing, a distorted colour will be seen. Check that the connectors are properly inserted and try changing the cable. If neither of those work, it's time for more investigation.
