There is a good chance you either have an electrical short or your air pump bearings are getting worn. Worn bearings cause a need for more electrical load to power the component causing more amps to be drawn. If more amps are drawn than what the fuse is designed for it will keep blowing. First check for shorts in the wiring then look for a used air pump to test
