It could be because you have corrupted files on it. Try using it on a different computer if you have one. If it works on a separate computer, just move all of the files off of it, format it on the computer it doesn't work with and then just move the files back onto it. This has happened to me before and that seemed to do the trick.
You can normally plug a memory card into a computer jack. From there, simply right-click it on My Computer and click Format
Connect it to a computer - and format the card.
take out the SD put it in your computer,then format it there.

if does not formatted.. use digital object rescue pro.. to repair a memory card.. or use windows 7 to format the memory card..
