Usually when a dog has a moist noise it means they are healthy. If he has a dry nose that might mean he is unhealthy or sick. But this is not in all cases. Dog's noses are wet because of the tear glandes that empty from their nose, so don't freak out if it is dry. If the weather is dry than your dog's nose may be dry. It could be that. If you are still worried you should consult your vet. He/she is your best answer.
