I believe Pets Mart makes some beds that are a little more heavy duty for dogs that like to chew. THey are a bit more expensive but that might be your only option. They are still supposed to be comfortable for the dog as well. We have two large dogs and have always had luck with Sam's Club dog beds. We bought them on a whim and they've really held up!
