Humidity is leaking in (or water). The seal is not tight.
Not an easy task since you have to remove the Front Bumper Cover to get access to it. Once that's done, remove the electrical connectors, the screws and the Headlight Assembly.

After opening your car's hood, first of all disconnect your battery. Then locate the cover on the housing of the headlight bulb. Carefully screw this cover off, since the cover is made of soft plastic. Next locate the light bulb holder and pull it out using some needle nosed pliers while holding back the black plastic part. Do not grab the wires in any way during this process! The holder for the light bulb will come loose quite easily and can be lifted up afterwards. Replace the light and continue doing the above steps in the opposite way.
Olympicare does not cover an EGR valve since it is a part that wears out.
Yes.
check your door switches (little push switch the door hits when closed)and the headlight switch could be gumed up.I have a 95 f 250 and it was the headlight switch.picked one up at the salvage yard for 5.00 I have a 98 F150 that was doing the same thing I sprayed wd40 over where the door switch was and after closing it a couple of times the light stayed off. No problems since
I would assume Pontiac Game Changing Performances stopped since Pontiac is going under.

Since it is FDA approved, it probably does.
Set the headlights so that they both should be down. Open the hood, and find the fuses. Pull out the one that is for the headlights(Refer to Owner's Manual if you don't know which one it is). Now behind the headlight that is still up there is a post with a rubber cover. Pull off this cover, and there should be a red knob. This is how to hand crank the headlights. Turn this knob until the headlight is in the down position. Then replace the rubber cover, and the fuse. This is also a good way to free headlights that have frozen in place, if you live in a colder region. (I actually own a 1990, but since the Miata remained virtually unchanged from 1990 to 1997, this should still work.)
Make sure there is no condensation or sitting water in the headlight unit. It is sometimes hard to see it since the car has sealed beams. Any water getting into the headlight connection would pop the bulb.
Hard to say, since we don't know what fluid you are talking about.
