Not totally sure but if the black Oscar is bigger that could be the reason
Oscar fish come in various colors such as red, orange, albino, and tiger patterned.
I have 4 green spotted puffer fish living with a albino tiger Oscar them seem to get along fine, the puffers seem to do there thing while the Oscar tends to himself.
A bulging eye in an albino Oscar fish could be caused by a bacterial infection, a parasitic infestation, or a physical injury. It is important to consult with a veterinarian specialized in fish health to diagnose the exact cause and provide appropriate treatment.
Housing a red devil cichlid and an albino Oscar in the same tank is generally not recommended due to their aggressive and territorial nature. Both species can grow large and require ample space, but the red devil is particularly known for its aggressive behavior, which can lead to stress or injury for the Oscar. If you decide to try housing them together, ensure the tank is large enough (at least 75 gallons) and provide plenty of hiding spots to minimize aggression. However, close monitoring is essential to ensure both fish can coexist peacefully.
The fish will get bigger. Oscar will generally eat anything that will fit inside of their mouth. However, I have raised cats with an Oscar and the fish left the group alone. Make sure you have a lot of cover and you might be alright. Don't feed them Feeders! P.s - Don't let the Oscar get Hungry.
