Why is your nipple tender im a guy and im 12 gonna be 13 in like 1 month and I was wondering why it feels like one nipple is soft but the other one is feels like there is some sort of knot under it?

It is almost certainly nothing to worry about. It may be a cyst. a type of pimple, or it may just be puberty starting. Changes in your body and hormones can make your nipples sensitive. Keep an eye on it and if it hurts or changes in appearance, have someone look at it. Better safe than sorry.
