I am personally with RBC and have never once had a problem with it. I online bank and it is extremely easy to navigate everything and was free for me to open.

It is hard to navigate with a Colombian map because the maps are not 100% trustworthy. This is due to the fact that it's a difficult country to map. Most information is incorrect and needs to be manually restored. This takes time and is far from finished.
