when the body is sick or fighting infection it produces gratuitous amounts of white blood cells. not all of these cells acn stay in the blood stream though, so the body ejects a great deal of them through urination, thus causing urinary waste to become "foggy"
there is another reason as to why the urine may be foggy however i cannot recall it at this moment in time..? truama? disease? something else? i dont remember.
