Why is enviormental science considered an interdisciplinary field?

Many sciences are involved in environmental science. Biology (the study of animals) is used to see how animals are being affected, Chemistry is used to see what chemical changes are being made to water sources, Botany is used to see how plants are being affected by outside sources, and other sciences have their own uses within environmental science.

Why is geology different from other sciences?

geology is an interdisciplinary science, that combines other basic sciences (biology, physics, chemistry, maths) in an attempt to study the planet earth, its materials, processes, products and outcomes of its processes as well as its history. it is far more complex than other sciences due to the time factor (it studies earth: which is 4.6 billion years old) and because it is really difficult, if not impossible to regenerate, or even mimic the conditions necessary for studying a volcano for example or some movements in the lab.

Is earth science a physical science?

No earth science is not a physical science because earth science is when it invuolidwith trees and nature physical science is when you deal with gas and fire and iron

What other sciences are related to environmental science?

Chemistry is a very important branch in science. It can relate to biology because it composes of all chemical reactions and thus explain all the reactions in the body, for example it explains how our stomach acids dissolve food and how we convert it into energy. Chemistry composes of how all the elements work, of acids and alkalis and their differences, chemical reactions such as combustion (fire) and much more. I hope that you found this paragraph helpful.

Is earth science similar to environmental science?

Yes. It is a sub-category of earth science.

Why is EE an interdisciplinary program?

EE is interdisciplinary because it combines knowledge from various fields such as physics, mathematics, computer science, and telecommunications to understand and develop solutions for complex electrical systems. This interdisciplinary approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the principles and technologies involved in electrical engineering.

Why is biochemistry an example of an interdisciplinary science?

Because chemistry is not a totally isolated science. Sometimes chemistry overlaps other sciences such as biology, geology, physics, or mathematics. These areas of study are known as interdisciplinary sciences and include areas such as biochemistry.Biochemistry: The study of chemical processes in living organisms.
