The most common reason is drivers. Make sure that drivers which are trying to install are compatible with your system. Try downloading the last release of drivers from the card manufacture website.
Make sure that it's enabled in BIOS. Also if you have a laptop check if your hardware wireless switch is on. If your have a desktop check if you have installed drivers (it's true for laptops).
At times the networks conduct maintenance but not that long..Usually there is weather problems
WAN (wide area network) had alot of advantages like the ability to move around because it is wireless. a disadvantage is that it isnt as fast as a wired connection. Also you can get interference from walls or other wireless devices like cordless phones.
There might be several reasons why you cannot connect to live. The first reason is that your network isnt properly working with your Xbox. Test your network on Xbox. The second reason is that Xbox live may be down.
no there isnt
there isnt one lol
nose isnt working ,while the part isnt responding........ ect
I found all of the info my opening the Command prompt and typing in "ipconfig /all". I get all of the information and enter it into my Xbox and it can't connect to my network. I then try automatic after my failed manuel attempt. That didn't work either. I am using a wired connection via Netgear XE 102. I think the problem might be that I didn't enter the PPPoE settings, but I don't know how to find that. I read that some ISP's don't require it. I have a Windows XP 2003 Home Edition and am currently using Optimum Online as my ISP. Does optimum require PPPoE settings to connect to Xbox Live???? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
