that's because there isn't. the makers of Dragon Ball Z anime just made it up. the original author of dragon ball z (the one who made the manga) had nothing to do with dragon ball gt. that's why there's no manga, just anime.

They have put SSJ4 in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, but remember Dragon Ball GT wasn't made from the manga and Akira Toryiama didn't write the manga, and that's where SSJ4 came from.

Dragon Ball GT is not a manga, but a 64 episode anime series with mixed opinions from fans. After that, nothing. Dragon Ball AF was the rumored sequel, but only exists as a fan-made manga series that is kind of boring, and I'm not even sure if it's complete. Personally, I think the series ended with Dragon Ball Z, but the last scene of GT left me in tears. So, yes, Dragon Ball Z has a sequel, but no sequel to the sequel.
