Windows XP takes drivers only from floppy drives (during installation only). Vista can work with basically any drive.
Anyway by the time the system asks you to insert drive with drivers there is software loaded in your RAM which allows you to remove the installation disk... And then put it back.

in C or D Disk make a folder name cs 1.6 and during installation on your cs 1.6 select that folder. Do not save in program files during installation
When you install programs, Windows creates temprary files to help with the installation. These files are onlyneeded during the installation process, and most programs remove them from the computer once the program has finished installing. However - some leave them on the disk - which takes up space. Additionally, when you remove a program, some files (such as saved game data etc) can be left behind on the disk (which takes up usable space) When you run a disc-clean program - it searches the disk for any files that are not needed by any current program, and removes them - freeing up the space they occupied.

In general you don't need to remove Grub from your system. You can just comment out the Ubuntu installation boot partition from the menu, and leave the Vista line alone. If you wish to remove Grub you typically would need the installation disk or any Windows CD for the fixmbr program to replace the Grub loader, but I would recommend just leaving it alone and doing the commenting out from the above paragraph.
how to remove a default program ??
The easiest way is to use the Control Panel Add/Remove programs This will run the uninstaller that is included with most programs. If that does not work, then you can remove the program folder from the Program Files directory, but that will not remove other assets that the game may have installed, such as libraries, drivers, and Registry entries. In the case of manual removal, Google for instructions of what to look for with that particular game program.
If you want to move a program to another folder, uninstall the program then re-install in the new location. You have to uninstall the program to remove all the current registry entries, particularly those that refer to the original installation folder.
