I am class president of my class, and I have always wondered the same thing until last year, when people started electing me. As class president, I do things that are very important. When our teachers have to represent the work we do, the class president has to put 10x more effort into it, because theirs goes to the schoolboard. And also, most class Presidents have to explain things when other students don't understand/or the teacher can't get to.(:
The class elected leaders. The kids who were voted president and vice president etc. of your final class year.
No they should be voted in by kids. :)
they should because if the teacher went out the room the president can watch the class and report people who were talking and if the teacher is absent the president will know where everything is to represent the students in school governments
By having a class president in 4th grade or earlier, you encourage children to get involved in the political process and affect change.
Yes they should they have recess for many reasons -So they don't get fat -So there not jittery in class -So there not wild in class -Ect..
in higher grades there is more hard work
For schools, yes. Kids are breaking them and playing with them during class. Plus , kids are stealing them from each other.
yo
Not in class. Maybe at lunchtime. Teachers don't want kids jumping off the walls (not literally).
The plural form of class president is class presidents.
In my opinion, a class president should meet the following three requirements:Shows responsibility in school and whatever activites he or she is in.Has leadership skills and sets a good example for other students.Relates well to other students.
