"Those who are lactose intolerant must avoid consuming most dairy products."
Dairy products can contain a sugar called 'lactose' to which some people are intolerant.
If you're lactose intolerant (you're body cant use the lactose in dairy) it won't be good for you. Often lactose intolerant people who ingest dairy products suffer from anything from gaseous pains to near allergic-reactions.Otherwise, just make sure the dairy is pasteurized.
All dairy products contain an enzyme called lactose, and therefore if you are lactose intolerant, you cannot eat dairy. However, usually a person can eat 1/2 a cup or less of a dairy product if it is accompanied with food, but this is not true for all people.

Yes it is bad for them. They are lactose intolerant.
No. Being lactose intolerant means that you are unable to digest lactose which is most often found in dairy products such as milk, ice cream, etc. Bacon is, of course, meat and does not contain lactose.
soya products are alternatives to dairy products. my mum is lactose intolerant so she cant have dairy, she has soya milk and butter instead. they come from soya beans.

I'm afraid not, but most people who are lactose intolerant grow out of it at some point, often around the ages of 5,6,7,8 - that kind of thing. Two of my siblings had it, and by the time they were 4 or so, there was no longer a need for them to avoid dairy products.
When a person is lactose intolerant, any milk that is not lactose free will cause that person to have gas.? Lactose intolerance means a person does not have enough production of lactase enzyme.? When lactose is not broken down, it passes into the intestine where bacteria in the gut digest it and release gas.
