Interference
It increases. The lower you go, the more mass there is in the column of air (or water) above you. The earth's gravitational attraction pulls that column downward. In a fluid, the pressure is equal in all directions.
Water column head is expressed either as the height of the column ... 6 meters here ... or else as the pressure at the bottom ... 58.842 kPa here. 'Kg' can't be a unit of water column head, and the diameter of the column is irrelevant.
