Landlords have a responsibility to themselves to check everyone out that they rent to to protect themselves. The last thing they want is to rent to a criminal, drug dealer, or someone who may default on their rent.
I have to pay rent to my Landlord
Not sure what you mean. If you mean can a landlord discriminate in renting on the basis of religion, NO. If you mean can a landlord use the word "God" in speaking to you as a tenant - that's a matter of civility and if it offends you, you should politely ask whether the landlord could not use God's name when speaking with you. There is no guaranty how the landlord will react.

Epson makes good screen prints for printing. Depending on what the sole purpose of this screening is use for, there are other printers that might suit your needs. The best quality result is to get a silk screening equipment or have it done professionally.

Depending on its use it could be just landlord or thayne or laird.
I have used a few different ones before. Here's a list of the ones I liked the most. 1) houserie They are relatively new to the market. However, I really like their process wherein the landlord has the option to request information directly from the tenant. This way, I don't have to collect personal information such as SSN. All I need is the tenant's name and email address. If I do have the tenant's data, I can just enter it myself and get the screening done. 2) .airfactz These guys were my go-to report screening service before I found Houserie. The reports, however, can take some time to be delivered. 3) amerusa These guys are pretty good as well. Nice, easy to use forms that are simple and fast. You do need all your tenant's information and a consent form to use this service. Hope this helps.
Yes, only if the Landlord accepts. This is usually a request by a Tenant that is most often denied by the Landlord.
I don't know what you are thinking in terms of "shared accommodation" but it looks like you're not sharing with the landlord. Whatever property the landlord leases out is no longer his to use so he should not stay. If, however, you are renting a room in the landlord's house and have shared access to the kitchen, for example, then the landlord can still use the kitchen, of course.
Yes, you can use your TSA PreCheck with an L1 visa for faster security screening at airports.
Yes, non-US citizens can use Clear for expedited airport security screening.
If a person is going to try silk screening just a few items, such as t-shirts, for their own use, then they might purchase those supplies at an art store such as Michaels. If a person intends to do silk screening as a business in large quantities, then one would need to purchase industrial supplies through a business that manufactures equipment of this type.
