Why my infant baby has sugar like granules with stools in pamper. is this normal i don't breast feed my baby infact i give him farex milk powder without sugar my baby is 17 days old?

The sugar like crystals are the absorbent part of the nappy/diaper/pampers. If the baby is very wet they sometimes come out of the absorbent bit and sit on the baby's skin. All I can suggest is changing him more often.
