Many questions should be removed from WikiAnswers, but when it is removed from the data bases completely, people can just ask it again. There is a category called the 'Catch-All' category, and every question in it is the storage question to all answers that shouldn't belong on WikiAnswers. This category of questions has storage questions from having not enough information, to relating to cyberbullying.

If you believe that two questions should be merged, but the recommendation for one did not seem to work, contact any Supervisor or Community Assistant on WikiAnswers. They can merge questions very quickly for you if they are, indeed, similar enough.
In my opinion, at least commas should be allowed. However it's most likely they want questions to actually be questions, instead of someone giving details and assuming people know what their question is.
