Because it helps strong bones. It is very important in a balanced diet and it is bad if you don't get enough of it daily! It helps you structure, the enzymes in your body and some hormones. Protein is one of the most important food sources that you need.

Protein helps with growth and repair of cells and builds strong structures in the body (bones, muscles, etc). Its also aids digestion and contains key nutrients for the body.
