Because "Sup Dog"!
You should not pull a horse around with anything. You can LEAD a horse with a halter.
When you plow rein you use both hands, when you pull right your horse turns right, and when you pull left your horse turns left, and when neck reining you use one hand (doesn't matter which) and with with your one hand if you pull to the right he will also go to the right but it will be your left rein that is turning him since it is making contact with his "neck" instead of his mouth
You shouldn't pull a horse but walk at his left shoulder when leading him.
does a horse pull a cart with the harness, or does a horse push the cart with harness from the front
Side pull is when your horse veers to the side with no command. :P by PegasusFoal
Actually, the thing you lead a horse with is a lead rope and not a leash. You attach the lead rope to the horse's halter, then you hold with one hand close to the horses mouth. But don't pull to hard on the horse, though, and don't hold too close. With the other hand, loop up the rest of the rope and hold it relaxed. Walk next to your horse, not in front of him/her. Hope this helps!

You can pull a horse trailer as soon as u get your drivers license, in maryland
It means to stop suddenly, not to get to the goal. To pull up is a horse riding term meaning to pull on the reins to make the horse stop.
Never pull a horse's tail.
