President Eisenhower sent US troops to Vietnam in 1955, President Ford pulled out the last US troops in 1975.
Get our POWs back and leave.
NO!
Obama never ordered Putin to send troops to Syria, so this is non-issue. However, if he did so, it would be unwise since Putin would buttress the Assad Regime against the US interest in supporting the Free Syrian Army.
As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the U.S. Navy does not have troops officially deployed under the United Nations in Syria. The U.S. military presence in Syria primarily focuses on operations against ISIS and supporting local forces, rather than being part of a UN peacekeeping mission. However, the situation in Syria is complex, and military operations can change rapidly based on geopolitical developments.
the reasom our troops should come is because we have lost over 1,000,000,000 troops and we shouln't lose any more.
