It's just like any phone. It will be hard to use an unknown UI(user interface) at first but you should be able to get the hang of it in no time. :)
Try holding Ctrl and Alt at the same time, then press Delete. The task manager should pop up.
In all modern versions of Windows these settings are in the registry, not in configuration files. An interface is provided for the more common settings but should only be changed by someone who understands the implications. Anyone who does not know how to acces these settings clearly should not be touching them.

A customer should choose an HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) cable for connecting a Microsoft Windows computer to a high-definition television. HDMI supports both high-quality video and audio transmission through a single cable, making it ideal for this purpose. Additionally, it is widely compatible with modern TVs and computers, ensuring a seamless connection.
"Windows Live" should be capitalized when referring to Microsoft's suite of online services that were branded under this name. This includes services like Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Hotmail. However, when using "windows live" in a general context or as a phrase not referring directly to the brand, it should be in lowercase. Always ensure to follow the specific branding guidelines provided by Microsoft for accuracy.

The explorer.exe file is an executable file to run Windows Explorer properly. In the Microsoft Windows operating system, the explorer.exe file runs and has a graphical user interface that you can see when you are opening hard drives or files. You should try restarting your computer when you can not boot the explorer.exe file.
Windows NT 3.51 lacks the common controls of Windows NT 4 and Windows 95 (basic graphical elemnts of each window, like buttons and scrollbars). This is because it is designed to have the interface of Windows 3.1. Installing "newshell", an alpha version of the Windows NT 4 / Windows 95 interface, should provide the necessary components. The installer may do a version check to make sure you are running NT 4 or later, but I doubt it will.
