Communication is the life wire of any organisation, because based on the definition, it says that communication is the transferring of a meaningful information from one person to another in order to a respond. That means, in an organisation that has a work group of people working together, to achieve a goal will need communication to relate with themselves in other to carry out the task. Basically, communication is the main source income for any organization. In the sense that, it create awareness for a company's products/services to the ideal customers/clients.
If you don't show effective communication the person/people you are communicating to may not understand what it is you are saying/asking. They may also misinterpret what you mean therefore giving you an invalid responce.
Poor communication means the manager and employees aren't working as a team toward organizational goals. Conflict and distrust will run throughout the organization. Human Resources will be plagued with complaints. Suspicion among employees grows wild. It can lead to fights, and other employees are forced to take sides. An organization can't survive for long with poor communication.
