Bullying is a terrible thing, but making it illegal is not the best way to solve the problem. Since bullying happens a lot with children and can have devastating effects on the one who is bullied, the best way to solve the problem is for children to be taught not to bully others when they are young and throughout their years of growing up. Though punishment for bullying is an option, adults should also try to get to the reason the child is bullying and try to help the child resolve the issue. Parents and teachers having no tolerance for bullying of any kind, but handling it with wisdom toward the bullied and the bully, will go a lot farther in stopping it than making it illegal.

Make the internet illegal
Some people think that bullying should be made an illegal act because that is the only way to stop bullying. But others say that its too harsh because everyone has done some sort of bullying in their life which makes everyone a criminal.
No cyber-bullying is not illegal in every US state and there is no federal law against it. It will be difficult to enforce such laws because they are likely to violate the First Amendment.
