Government are tools, and most of the time people working in the government must keep a distance between moral principles and their work. Morality prevents the government from logical judgment and other factors including business, economy, wars. Statistically western world countries are controlled by amoral people meanwhile the eastern countries do have moral principles, including their government since they were raised through philosophy.
