Society does have the right and the duty to put someone to death! It is their duty to act in self defence in order to protect the innocent!
Though I do NOT agree with this, that is how it is but that's not the case in all countries.
Justice demands that criminals receive a punishment in keeping with their offence. Therefore a person who takes a life should lose their life as even The Bible says 'An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth'
However, I believe that no one has the right to take a life & no one should be in any position or power to determine if someone dies or not against religions or not.
But that is just me, I'm sure plenty of you guys may beg to differ!
I believe that society does have the right to put someone to death. If they did a crime that bad it should be done but that is my option you can decide that for yourself
Society have no right to put someone on death because its a ilegal process.
We shouldn't! No one has the right to decide if someone should live or die!
well, someone should have a funeral for them cause last right is for the dieing, not dead.
Society should not choose what you do but the laws of society should guide you in making the right decisions when choosing what you do.
This is WikiANSWERS NOT WikiOpinions, and this is not a question! It is a springboard for debate, and argument best suited for a blog or chatroom. However Society apparently DOES feel it has the the right to take someone's life under certain circumstances. Every nation and people on the face of the earth at one time or other has been involved in some type of war or hostile action in which persons died either accidentally or on purpose. And the majority of nations of the world still impose death penalties upon those who commit heinous crimes against society.
Wrong. There are standards and laws and when someone crosses a line they should be judged. Without these standards society in there is chaos and there is a need to know right from wrong.
No they won't.
it is right
When people who attended the funeral come home.
Report it right away.
if you have everything in common then you should ask the person out
That's a matter of personal, religious, ethical, and political debate. There is no single answer to such a question.
