teen emancipation age should be 16 because teens are able to get jobs at that age so they should be able to start moving out once they are able to support themselves. They also need there permit, if they didnt no how,or is a very crazy driver they wouldn't get there driver license. If they drive without there license oviously the police would arrest them or give them a ticket. They have the right to be trusted just like everyone else.
