People work for the government and help pay all their stuff so they should pay for people to have their kids go to a daycare so they parents can work.

I'm not really aware of any school offering programs for this field just as of yet but there are training centers for them but most of them are assigned or coming from specific companies offering outsourced services for medical transcription. One way that they provide this training is if you are going to be working with them.
