Your question calls for an opinion. My opinion is we should not eliminate all Federal taxes. They pay for the Federal government to operate. That includes the military, transportation regulation (like air traffic controllers) government hospitals, courts, prisons, regulators like OSHA and the EPA, Center for Disease Control, Food & Drug Administration, etc.
All taxes should be withheld on earned wages. If a minor has less than the standard deduction in UNEARNED income then they will not pay any Federal Tax... the state and local taxes depend on the state and locality.
Yes, TurboTax has the capabilities of doing both federal and state income taxes. If you choose the free version for the federal taxes you will have to pay a fee to complete the state taxes.
They run the Federal Government, including paying all the politicians in office, the military, all the Federal workers for starters. The budget for all the government's activities is funded by the taxes.
The largest source of revenue for the federal government has been individual income taxes and payroll taxes. These taxes account for 82% of all federal government income.
The state governments do not receive all their money from the Federal government. The majority of their funds come from state income taxes, property taxes and sales taxes.

Yes, poll taxes are illegal in all government elections.
Yes and they do it's called Federal Taxes.
Federal Income taxes are used to pay for every type of payment that the Federal Government makes. This includes Military, Homeland Security, Federal employees, Social Security, Medicare, Federal Parks, College and School Costs, Food Stamps, all Federal Welfare Programs, all Federal Departments, and everything else paid by the Federal Government including foreign aid. All these expenses and others are paid from income taxes and other taxes and fees.
All taxes federal , state or municipal comes first. All personal debt obligations comes after the taxes.
All state and local taxes as well as FEDERAL PAYROLL TAXES are deductible when incurred on property or income relating to business. But, FEDERAL INCOME TAXES are not deductible. and Yea they are deductible on form 1120. Hope tht helps!
All of the above ^_^
