Because lupus attack things in your body that shouldn't be attacked like your heart ,lungs,joints ,skin ,eyes ,and even your brain it fights off bad things like your immune system is suppose to do ,but lupus makes your body over attack things . But if you have lupus don't worry there is medicine that will help you. There are two different types of lupus one is bad and the other one is not so bad. And also if the medicine is working right( which most likely it is) its likely that it can go to remission meaning the lupus is not harming you but like cancer it can come back . So don't be scared people with lupus usually have a normal life expand .
