You need to know the current PIN before you can change it to something else ! The steps involved in changing the PIN vary from phone to phone.
The only way to get it - is to contact the card issuer, and ask them for a new PIN. For security reasons (a) they won't tell you the existing PIN over the phone and (b) won't issue the same PIN through the post - in case someone has stolen the card and is 'pretending' to be you. Once the company sends out a new PIN - you cna change it so something more memorable.
The pin number should be the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you changed it at some point and then forgot it.
Insert it into an ATM. Enter the curreent PIN to access the menu system. Select the relevant option to change the PIN. follow the on-screen instructions.
You should have a guide book with the phone. if you look up pin codes in that then it should tell u the pin code. usually it is something easy like 1234 or 1111 however it is recommended to change them. if you still cannot find it then you can ring the nwtwokr and ask them.

You can not change the pin number on your phone unless you know the old one and I'm guessing you don't since you posted this question. The only option left is if you take to the shop you brought it from and see if they can fix it.
