Your body hasn't received energy in the form of food from the evening before, so it needs to re-stock on energy to prepare for the day and to keep your brain alert and awake. Your brain works best in the late morning, and you are decreasing this activity by not eating breakfast. Your brain needs breakfast to stay focused- if not it could result in headaches, tiredness, extreme moodswings and low blood sugar levels which could then lead to fainting and even blackouts.

I think that you should eat breakfast EVERY morning, because when you try to starve yourself, you end up going to bed, feeling sluggish, fat, and unhealthy. I know, I've done that! Always eat healthy, but mainly, always eat breakfast! (Examples: Banana and healthy cereals, Fruit, yogurt & granola, oatmeal, toast and margarine and eggs).
