You need an anti spyware program the other options are spybot search and destroy and superantispyware
A spysweeper or spyware detector of any kind is a great asset to anyone. Many sites contain spyware and you will not even know it's there. You would use it periodically to scan for spyware, which it will detect and delete if you so choose.
SpySweeper is a safe anti-virus program to download. However there are superior anti-virus programs available for free. Try AVG free or SpyBot Search& Destroy instead.
The primary function of a webroot spysweeper is to keep computers safe from spyware. It helps to protect a computer by blocking any spyware threats when web browsing.
Spysweeper sweeps your computer for spyware and malware and therefore only removes spyware and malware. It is a perfectly legitimate programme and doesn't "cause viruses". correct
Some people may wonder what specifications are needed for the Spysweeper program. In order to run this program on your computer you will need the minimum requirements of Windows XP with a 32 bit SP1.
Spy sweeper is an antivirus software that you install on your computer to make sure that the system is clean. It is installed on the computer usually from online or with a disk. When the software is run it deletes any spyware.
Go to the Windows "Start" menu from the toolbar, then choose "Control Panel." Locate the "Add/Remove Program" option and choose it. Here is a batch script that would work. Fill in the <>'s with whatever goes there (and don't type the <>'s either) ECHO OFF CHDIR C:\Program Files\<whatever the rest of the filepath is> START <spysweeper.exe or whatever it's called> EXIT If you place this in: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup It will automatically start spysweeper every time you log in.
its not a virus its a trogan hourse i would recomend downloading spysweeper or spybot....and you get lots of bad things on your computer from looking at porn...... not that im saying you do
Yeah, that is fine.
I don't know what that particular programme does but you certainly should install reputable anto-attack software and keep it up-to-date. A lot of security comes from your own actions & precautions though: being careful what you open, minimising personal details and on-line finance, refusing cold calls from people claiming things like "your computer has reported faults",etc. Protect yourself too: a lot of people have come unstuck through naive use of social-networking sights like 'Facebook'.
I had a Trojan similar to this and it was very hard to get rid of. First, download SpySweeper. It does cost 30 dollars, I think, but it was worth it. Run a scan with it firts before buying it so you can see if it detects anything. Good luck!
