Windows installed on a Mac will be open to all the thousands of virus and malware attacks that affect the Windows system whereas there are no viruses that affect Mac OS X. Unless you have a real need to have Windows on a Mac to run specific software, most popular software is available in a Mac version, Windows will occupy disc space that would otherwise be available for the Mac to use.
