Because the lovers are from two feuding families, the Capulets (Juliet) and the Montagues (Romeo). This causes quite the dilemma, especially since the Capulets have already picked another suitor for Juliet, a man called Paris.
It's not wrong at all. It improves both of them. Their love makes them dare to do things they would not have considered otherwise, not for themselves, but for their beloved. In the end, it ends the feud between their families. It is unfortunately that it was not possible for that love to end the feud earlier, as it might have done.
Romeo is not meant to love Juliet because they are from warring families, the Montagues and the Capulets, and therefore their love would never be accepted by their parents.
Because their parents/families are constantly feuding and are enemies.
Only for a moment, Romeo blames his love for Juliet for Mercutio's death. He changes his mind very soon after.
