Children can't vote.
i do agree with the 26th amendment because when a teenager turns 18 they are considered an adult and they make there own decisions and get to vote so why shouldnt the be allowed to vote on something bigger
A prime minister is a member of parliament, like all the other members, so yes they can vote.
Unless someone is registered to vote in the constituency of the Prime Minister, he/she cannot be voted for directly.
well,a democratic country gets to elect/vote their Prime Minister, while some other countries do not vote but they select a person with knowledge and money
It is a vote on an issue made by the entire electorate, but not a vote to elect your governmental representatives.
We have elections... This is where the citizens vote for the person who they saw fit to rule the country.
The people want to pick out who they think would be the best prime minister.
