Well there wouldn't be blood so long as you are the smart bunny and only stretch your piercings one gauge once every 30 days, if you go bigger or fasted you will see blood and lots of it as well as permanently damage the piercing to the point they will not return to normal once you remove the jewellery. Skin stretches 10% before it starts to tear, jewellery stretching to the next gauge is about 8.5% well within the acceptable 10%, so you don't tear the dermal layer when doing the stretch and therefore no blood.
