do some serious upper body work out. the way you would do it is the hand that is closest to the bottom of the pole you push the one top you pull w/and keep your body as tense as possible and keep your head and chest close to the pole. might want to practice handstands (without of using your head for balance) will help w/ your balance. hope this helps
Run, jump, travel, swing, balance on top of the pole, balance as you turn yourself around the pole, get your arms out of the way of the standard bar and throw back your pole.
