This depends on the speed of diffusion.
Green - even though the liquid inside is clear colour.
a suspension
Generally speaking no. Some people say that glass is a liquid- that one always comes up as it has no real solid to liquid transition point. The argument is that if you leave it long enough it will spread, so it's a liquid. Its debatable though.
The colour of a malt vinegar is brown, though vinegar can also be clear, like water.
Black is not a colour though.
It's viscous. I'm doing the crossword too, and even though it keeps saying viscosity, it doesn't fit, but viscous does :)

Percolation is the process of a liquid slowly passing through a filter. It is like making coffee. The coffee gets strained through a filter.
Water will subside fire because the oxygen in it is bonded to hydrogen and cannot burn. However, you should not put water on a gas fire or other burning liquid because it will only spread the liquid and the fire.
mealses spreads when virus droplet are circulate though the air from an infected person to an uninfected person (otherwise known as coughing on someone)
HIV is an infectious disease. It is not spread through genetics.
Filtering is when a (cold) liquid is slowly passed through a filter, to remove impurities. Distilling is the heating of a liquid into steam (vapour) that is led away and condensed back into a liquid, so leaving impurities behind. Therefore, distilling, because of the need for heat, is more expensive to do, though may be better if a large volume is to be processed.
