Sounds like a loose serpentine belt. After it starts moving, it will heat the surface that contacts the pulleys, so if you turn off the key and then turn it back on to the start position, the squeal may appear to stop. But next time when the belt is cold, it likely will squeal again. Time for a new belt ?!!
A bad ignition coil normally won't allow your engine to start given there is no spark. If it is starting to go bad, it causes misfiring which can be noticed as a stutter, or random shake of the engine. Check the ground of the coil before replacing it.
Possibly
sounds like you need a tune-up
If the 2003 Focus is running good then suddenly shakes and looses power, check the fuel system for proper pressure. If the pressure is correct, check the ignition system for fire, the ignition components could be starting to fail.

If a defective ignition module, (or bad plugs/ wires) causes a misfire condition, one or more plugs won't fire. The uneven power pulses cause engine shaking.
The 2002 Cadillac Escalade may stall and shake upon starting due to several potential issues. Common causes include a faulty ignition system, such as worn spark plugs or ignition coils, or fuel delivery problems like a clogged fuel filter or failing fuel pump. Additionally, issues with the engine's air intake system, such as a dirty mass airflow sensor, can disrupt the air-fuel mixture, leading to rough starts. It's advisable to have the vehicle diagnosed by a mechanic for accurate troubleshooting.
