no particular reason its just the default colour if you dont like it you can change the colour on your settings
Personalization is a waste of space being put in control panel.
You can;t change the color of just the start menu, but to change the color of your window borders, task bar and start menu, go to personalization by right clicking on your desktop, then to "Window Color and Appearance" in the window that appears. Change the color and other settings there.

To change the color of your attack menu, simply click on the diagonal line that connects your menu to your status bar, where your Name, HP, MP and experience are shown. There are four different colors to choose from. Choose the color that you want and that's it!
