There is no atmosphere, so oxygen would never be created in the first place.

Space is so cold, that if you opened a door in space on a ship, the oxygen would be sucked out due to the oxygen being so much warmer. It's just a basic transfer of energy.

Has there been air samples taken from space?

There have not been any air samples taken from space because there is no air in space. Space is vast and there are always particles (usually hydrogen and helium) floating around. However, there is so few particles relative to the vastness of space, that taking samples of the "air" wouldn't accomplish much.

Because if you didn't take any space boots with you into space then you you will be floating around just like a balloon because there isn't any gravity in the air up in space so it's no use going up into space without having any space boots.

This is because space is a "vacuum" which means there is no air. Sounds waves need some kind of matter such as air, water, or solid and since there aren't any in space they can not travel therefore you don't here any sound
