people say that the titanic hit the ice burg because at the last moment before the titanic left one of the crew members was told to pack up their things and go. The lucky crew member packed all of his things and left not knowing what was to happen. It is said that the crew member that left accidentally took the keys to the binocular cupboard when he was packing, therefore there was a binocular shortage and the look outs on board the ship could not see the ice burg until it was too late.
