Probably because your computer's too slow. But still you can upload easily using this method:

go to youtube and theres videos on there that can help on that
I can make the video and everything but then when I try to choose the category of my video the list is black. I press upload and it said there was an error. The camera is a Logitech Quickcam.... Thanks
You may not be able to play the video, but you can see them in your Video Manager. They will display an error message regarding why it wasn't published, which can be deleted if you'd rather not see the failed upload.
youtube can upload WMV file format and some other formats it cannot upload all of them and cant upload photo and music formats. also copyrite will block some videos for music or video. it also will not upload a video that has over 10 minuets in length (may be more minuets but im not realy positive the max limit to mins is.)
i had that problem too so listen download your videos in MP4 file format you can do that using youtube downloader it easy and you can get it from the web for free
Try to update your browser. Possibly the latest version of internet explorer?
This could be from a variety of reasons but most likely your internet connection cuts out at points which will interrupt the upload process and make an error. another reason is maybe the video is too long, "unless you've signed up for a directors account before 2007 you can only post videos under 11 mins" one more reason might be because your using an incorrect file type that isn't supported by youtube.
Your video is probably not a file excepted by YouTube. It has to be a .wmv or others I cannot think of right now but if you have a problem message me on my message board or email me @ BiggMikeHarris@wikianswers.com -BiggMikeHarris.
What you do is you select files from computer but when it says the error message you have to re-install Cyberlink youcam. Hope that helped because I had the same problem!
The Vita's browser currently does not have support for Flash and therefore doesn't support YouTube videos. There are currently no plans to add Flash support nor are there plans for a YouTube app.
Define in which way it says error, it could mean that the audio has an error to it and has had to be removed to stop copyright. If your Videos are crashing then it can be the flash problem. Try to install a different version of flash and also fix your Windows registry through a high performance registry cleaner such as RegInOut.
Apparently.. I'm getting the same error
