Summary: WikiAnswers allows people to edit an answer until it is perfect, and Answer Bag votes on the best answer. Answer Bag members may have misspellings in their best answer that was voted, but no one can change that. WikiAnswers allows you to make the answer perfect, and add what you think is best for the answer to a question.

I do not use Answerbag in addition to WikiAnswers. Answerbag is much like Yahoo! Answers, and has the same quality flaws as Yahoo! Answers. The answers are as-is, while WikiAnswers has an answer being worked on by hundreds of contributors until the answer is perfect.
