Is it a mechanical noise, or an air movement noise?
If it's mechanical, it might be that the bearings in the fan or motor are dying.
If it's more of a wind/blowing noise, it might be that you have a loose or broken heat delivery duct. If you stick your head under the dash, you might be able to hear and see where the problem lies.

The heater blower in a 2001 Hyundai XG300 is located on the passenger side of the engine. The blower resistor will be located on the firewall.
If you are asking about the blower you only have one that controls both the heater and the a/c............
Pull blower its up inside hole
The bearings are out of it. Replace Blower motor.
Its located in the a/c heater blower housing on the passengers side of the vehicle........

Blower motor fuse is blown. Blower motor resistor burned out. Blower motor switch bad. Blower motor bad.
Simple, take the inlet and outlet hoses going to and from the heater core and connect them together.
below glove box remove heater/air conditioning cover then remove blower motor cover
blower motor bad or no power to it chech fuses blower switch blower motor
